Website information
A clear view
of your privacy.
This page describes the contact, client portal, and browsing features of the Fork Technology Solutions website.
Your project brief
The public contact form prepares an email in your browser. Its contents are not submitted to a website endpoint or saved by this site. When you choose “Open my email app,” the brief is passed to the email application you use. You decide whether to send it. The “Copy brief” option copies the text to your clipboard when you request it.
Your client space
The client portal stores project files, file notes, revision requests, comments, and account identifiers so the Fork team and authorized project members can work together. Files are held in private object storage, and project records are kept in a database on the hosting platform. Signing in does not by itself grant access to another client’s project. The Fork team assigns and can revoke project access.
Client email sign-in is being prepared through Supabase Auth. When activated, it will process the email address used for sign-in and manage authentication cookies. Fork staff can also use the hosting platform’s team sign-in. No client email login is active until the service is configured.
Upload only website assets you have permission to share. The portal is not intended for tax returns, identification documents, financial records, or sensitive information about your firm’s clients. Contact Fork to discuss correcting or removing project information or files; this version has no self-service deletion feature.
Your website brief
Information saved in a signed-in project brief is stored privately with that project and is available to its authorized members and the Fork team. It may include business details, team biographies, credentials, tool relationships, contact information, display preferences, and references to private project files. Submitting a brief for review does not publish its contents. Only share public business information and material you have permission to use.
Reviewing an existing website
When an authorized project member requests a website review, the server reads a limited set of public pages and checks the domain through Cloudflare’s public DNS resolver. The provided website address is sent to those services as part of that request. Selected public content, source links, scan results, and recent import history are stored privately with the project. Existing answers are preserved. The review does not sign in to external accounts, run page scripts, submit forms, or copy images into your project. You choose which findings to use and confirm their accuracy and permissions.
The workspace design preview
The separate workspace preview uses fictional examples. Any example request or website brief you type stays in that browser page’s memory and is not submitted, uploaded, saved to a project, or used to spend credits. The preview does not connect to search reporting or payment services.
Website assets and analytics
This version uses locally hosted fonts, images, and website files. It does not include advertising trackers or an analytics script. The hosting and authentication services process connection and authentication information as part of serving the website and protecting portal access.
Email conversations
If you send an inquiry to Fork, your message and contact details become part of that email conversation. Please include only the information needed to discuss your website project.
